Startup Gathering Week – Our Top Choices
As most of you know next week is the Startup Gathering, the ‘gathering’ is taking place all around Ireland and there is lots happening in our very own Galway. The week starts off on Friday 2nd October – with the Startup Weekend, going right up until the end of next week i.e. Friday 9th October.
Below I have included a quick summary of the main events I will attend, I have also included the links to the overall schedule of events for the week where you can easily secure your seat.

Tuesday 6th Oct at 18:00, Fireside Talk with John Beckett
John built the Original Ryanair site when in college now owns ChannelSight – A tool that increases e-commerce conversions by using intelligent ‘Buy Flow’ technology to simplify the customer buying journey.
Wednesday 7th Oct at 15:00,Bank of Ireland, Workbench, Main Guard Street, Galway.
As part of the Startup Gathering 2015, IMS Marketing is proud to host a practical workshop that will address key milestones for your initial product/service idea right through to market launch. The theme “From Concept to Commercialisation” is geared towards early stage start-up’s and existing companies in the NPI phase of development.

Last year I attended this event and there was a great buzz, Ted Talk style presentations, awards, and retro games – what more could you want.
